I recently golfed at Huron Meadows this past weekend with a friend. Course is in great shape as it has been for the last 10 years that i have golfed there on and off. Before i made the tee time i checked the rates and saw $27 for 18. I overlooked the $14 for the cart fee. I had $40 cash and no ATM or credit card on hand. I was a $1 short of the total amount. I asked a couple of the guys behinde the counter if they could loan me a dollar and they refused to do so. I ended up borrowing it from my golfing buddy. I paid the $41 and was treated like crap....I said to the guys behind the counter that i hoped they never were a dollar short for anything in there lifetime and needed help...I knew i should have driven the extra miles and went to Hudson Mills where the staff over the last 10 years is the best in the Metroparks!!!! I plan on telling all my golfing buddies and league buddies to not golf at Huron Meadows...
