Have to agree with the previous review, especially since new owner (ClubLink) is doing improvements to both courses. Getting better and better! The East course is co-hosting the Dixie Amateur with Heron Bay (another great ClubLink course in Coral Springs) in December, so it must be good, too! (Update: Just played it and you can read my review.) The cool thing is that if you join ClubLink at Woodlands, you can play all their courses including Heron Bay and even Glen Abbey, where the PGA Tour has played 25 Canadian Opens.

I played 18 holes with 3 of my friends in November (one was a member )and I just was amazed with this course. I live so close, yet never golfed here before. It is just a jewel right here in Fort Lauderdale. The course is beautiful and lush with trees. There are many water hazards (lakes) so it is challenging. The staff was fantastic and lunch was great at their clubhouse. This is a private club but you can golf here if you know someone who is a member or you can reciprocal membership. Just call and find out. I had a fantastic time and will be back. Don't miss this place.
