I've played Windrose three times and really enjoyed myself each time. Played last with an olf friend and we had a blast. They have a really fun layout with a lot of variety. Good, consistent greens, big. Fairways are very nice ( if you can hit the fairway). Lunch after the round was great. All in all a great value.

Played this course with some friends on a visit. One of the nicer public courses I've played. They have a big clubhouse with locker rooms and a good dining area, with good golf food. The practice range is solid with plenty of short and long range targets. As far as the course goes, it is a great layout that is well taken care of. Some fun short par 4s, good set of challenging 3s and 1 very tight par 5. Greens were true and consistent. We saw the cart girl a couple of times on each side, so that was nice. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, I've got to recommend this course to anyone in the area.

I use to frequently play at this course maybe twice a week because it was convenient. Then I was disrupted from my golf round after I had already teed off on the 1st hole. The General Manager Kelly Walker sent his assistant two different times interupting my game. First was to warn me that my handy-capped Brother n Law needed a shirt with a collor. Second time he insisted that I pay an additional $18.00 for him to ride with me,
this was after 5:00 pm during the twighlite special. I had taken my brother n law with me to watch me play golf 1 to 2 times a week during daylite savings time, this was the First time any one ever informed me that this Bogus $18.00 rider fee was in effect during Twilight Golf.

Have played Windrose several times usually with good experiences. Last 2 times were exceptions. The course is in good shape but there is a lack of enforcement of rules which impacts the speed of play. Yesterday we had 3 players in a group ahead of us playing out of 2 bags and riding 1 cart and then a single player running past and cutting in front. When the club was contacted by two groups about the incident the front desk emphatized that the single player had a child with him but had left. The rules and etiquette of golf need to be enforced to insure a quality experience for all players.

Ive played Windrose twice and both times was very impressed with the overall package. 18 solid golf holes with really nice greens. Great food at the turn and a good value.

Go play this one. You will have a great round on a nice well maintained course. A friendly staff and nice practice facilities. One of my favorites.

This course was great. The course was in almost perfect condition, greens were running well, fairways were cut well. Just a good day of golf. I will be coming here again soon.
