This place has turned around from earlier postings. Conditions are excellent and the afternoon price of $40 was good value. Cool bunkers, good scenery and Pete Dye design are favorable. Bring balls as there are several water hazards.

If you pay over $15 to play this course you are getting a poor value. This is a very nice track, unfortunately the owners have let it go so badly that it truly is a "goat track". They didn't even have the pro shop functioning last I was there, check in at the restaruant! It is a shame - this is Pete Dye and a scenic place (it's Colorado and it's close to the mountains). Go across I-25 to Redhawk Ridge, you will be happier.

Great course! It is very challenging and provides a very difficult challenge the course is very nice and had the toughest greens I have every played on. The course has some nice views but not a lot. I love the three finishing holes. They are very pretty and have water on all three and I was told that they ate the toughest finishing holes in the state and it makes a lot of sense that the course was a former tpc course. Overall great place!!!
