Odd and weird but nine of the holes are gorgeous, in the high pines. Quiet. Really a little muni gem.

This course has had horrible greens in the past, but the management has done a wonderful job of making the greens smooth and fairly speedy. The rest of the course is generally in great shape. The course is challenging. It tends to play "long" with some narrow fairways lined with woods. The 16th and 17th holes are hilly and challenging, as well. The 18th is a long, downhill par 3, which is probably the signature hole for the course. With the exception of the Tuesday morning marshall the staff is helpful and friendly. At $26 to walk and $43 to ride, this course is well worth the money. Once you tee off on number one, you don't return to the clubhouse until after the 18th.
