Absolutely beautiful course! Loved it...even though we are a couple of hackers it was still very relaxing and the scenery gorgeous. We saw deer and half a dozen wild boars as well. We got lost a couple times so a map ahead of time is a good idea.

I feel that I must mention my experience last night at Kino Springs for Valentines Day Dinner to save future dinners from this massive debacle.

Aside from the fact that dinner was outrageously priced the food was disgusting. Initially you are served some sort of fruit drink in a glass coated with sugar. No one including the owner was able to tell us what was in the drink. Then you are served a salad that inexplicably has what appears to be a Tostino’s pizza roll snack in the center of the salad. The salad portion is small and the dressing is greasy. There is a set menu for the evening in spite of the fact that we were promised at the time we made our reservations that we would have the option to order from the daily menu.

As all of the dishes on the Valentine’s Day menu were meat dishes and I am a vegetarian I requested the daily menu. After a lengthy argument of why the menu was unavailable the staff eventually relented and allowed me to order a pesto pasta dish which was comprised of massive amounts of diluted olive oil and an overwhelming amount of garlic. There seemed to be a few pine nuts in the dish and some pesto. The meal was so unappealing both in appearance and taste that it was nearly impossible to swallow even one bite. To add insult to injury the desert was cake like concoction loaded with whipped cream. I can recall making such a lame desert in my youth in my “easy bake oven.” The desert was disgusting and barely edible.

The owners should be ashamed to have perpetrated such a major rip off to its clientele. I believe I will be contacting the Health Department next as my entire family became ill after consuming the meal.
