Callaway Chrome Soft Performance Notes
Chrome Soft is priced like most other 2026 tour balls, $57 a dozen. Its biggest strength is around the greens, where it finished in the top third of the field. That's commendable for a ball with “soft” in the name.
But the rest of the performance numbers landed squarely in the middle of the field. Distance, stopping power, and accuracy were all closer to average than excellent. Average results and a premium price tag tanked Chrome Soft’s value scores in our test.
