Perks
While not the top-tier tour ball, the PX3 performance ball gives the average to better-than-average amateur great distance off the tee, more than enough spin off the irons to stop the ball and a soft feel that helps promote a smooth putting stroke. While Wilson is not really known for its golf balls the same way it is for its clubs, this is a very good ball for most players.
Sacrifices
For players who don't care about spin, this ball does not travel as far as the distance version of the same ball. For low-handicap players who need the extra spin, this ball may not spin quite enough. It is designed for the average to better-than-average player.
Bottom Line
Wilson has made a terrific golf ball that carries well, spins enough for most average amateur players and feels soft on the putter face.
