Neck stretch
Simply rotate your neck by placing your right hand on the right side of your chin while you push your neck around to the right. Hold it for three seconds. Repeat the stretch in reverse to the left for three seconds. Bend your neck so that your chin hits your chest; hold it for three seconds. Then tilt your head all the way back. Hold it for three seconds. Repeat these stretches five times in succession.
Shoulder stretch
Angle your left arm so that your left elbow is in front of your chin and your left hand is near your right ear. Press your right hand onto your left elbow for a count of three. Now do the same with your right arm. Repeat each stretch five times.
Back stretch
Stand with your golf club over your head. One hand should be on the grip, and the other should be just above the face of the club. Lean to the right slowly. Reach as far as you can stretch. Hold it for three seconds. Do the same stretch to the left side. Repeat each one five times.
Hamstring strech
Walk up to the bench on the first tee. Place your left leg on the bench. Bend forward from the waist. Try to touch your toes. Hold the stretch for a count of three. Repeat this five times. Do the same stretch on the right side. Go slowly. Do not rush your stretch.
Calf stretch
Stand and place both hands on a tree. Place your left foot about 18 inches behind your right. With your back straight, do five toe raises with your left foot. Switch feet, and do five toe raises with your right foot.
