Balanced Putting

Hi, I am Stan Sayers, Director of Instruction for McGetrick Golf Academy and today we are going to talk a little bit more about your putting and about your balance and then give you some ways to work on it. if you are really having a tough time with your balance just wrap your foot around your putter and try making a few putts that way, you should be able to get your balance down. Next, if you are just totally disgusted with your putting just turn your back to your friends and go right ahead and hit it. There you have it.

Fading The Ball To fade the ball set your front foot open slightly and make your normal swing, this will allow the ball to fade and not slice
Power Sources for the Golf Swing Use your hands, arms and body as the three sources of power in the swing. If you neglect one you will overuse the others and create faults in your swing.
Elements of the Swing Every swing has an up and down component and an around component
