Remarkable Golf Courses

Iain T. Spragg’s wonderful book titled Remarkable Golf Courses provides readers with a beautiful trip around the world from the comfort of their couch. The tome is large and over 224 pages long providing information on unique courses, from the highest course in the world to the lowest, courses that play in two countries, and courses with ancient ruins. Basically it looks at all the courses that for lack of a better word are just special. Spragg examines historic courses in England and Scotland next to courses nestled in jungles, deserts, or on island paradises. And while the background information provided by Spragg is illuminating, what truly sets the book apart is the beautiful photography. The book is full of wonderful high definition shots of courses throughout the world and gives readers glimpses of many seldom seen courses. It’s hard to not start planning your next golf trip after leafing through this book of Remarkable Golf Courses.
