Horrible experience. Not open advertised hours and no need for lights. It is not open past 5:00 p.m. if/when it is open. Owner is very disrespectful and rude. Save your time and money! Course is in major need of repair...the cups, bridges, greens etc. were in disrepair. I will never go back or suggest it to others. I would give it 0 stars, but it made me give a 1/2 star.

Bad Back Cure The most common cause of a bad back is keeping your back foot flat on the ground in the golf swing; get up on your back toe to eliminate excessive torque
Muscle Memory Practice Practice your entire swing in super slow motion, this will allow your mind to focus on the correct muscle movements needed instead of trying to make your brain work on the correct movement while you are swinging, just do it don't think it
Flexibility Flexibility as you get older is very important, it lets you wind up your body to hit the ball with more power, and swinging a pole can help you do this as well as fix your release point
