Golf Trophy Ideas

By Steve Silverman

Golf trophies don't have to be expensive. There are many ideas tournament organizers can choose from to produce orginal and classy trophies. They should all be golf-related and they may even have a sense of humor to their design.

Crystal Golf Driver

This award is a handcrafted crystal driver head that is placed on a marble base. It can go to the tournament winner or the golfer who consistently has the longest drive in the tournament. It is a memorable prize that is sure to get a lot of attention when placed on the winner's mantle.

Golfer's Choice Plaque

This is an outstanding trophy that can go to the best, worst and every golfer in between. The wood plaque has the design of a golf hole with a fairway, tee area and a green with a flagstick. The plaque can be given to the golfer who wins the tournament, sinks the longest putt or even hits the most balls out of bounds.

Golf Pinnacle Award

This is a smartly designed jade glass trophy that regularly goes to tournament winners. The name of the tournament, the winner and the date of the tournament is etched into the glass for posterity.
