Golf Tips - Rules of Golf

By The Original Golf School

Section 1 - Etiquette "Consideration of other players"

Golf sportsmanship - a classic golfer "In the interest of all, players should play without delay. No player should play until the players in front are out of range. Players searching for a ball should signal the players behind them to pass as soon as it becomes apparent that the ball will not be easily found. They should not search for minutes before doing so. They should not continue play until players following them have passed and are out of range.
When the play of a hole has been completed, players should immediately leave the putting green."

Golf As a Sport

Four Step Backswing Drill Get a perfect backswing every time with this four step drill, just raise the club up, then turn, then raise your hands and arms up and swing, it is as easy as one, two, three, four
Thin Shot Cures Thin shots are generally caused by players pulling their body up prior to impact or releasing the club to early on the downswing
Short Putting Drag Drill When you begin your puttting practice start by dragging two footers into the cup without a backswing, this is going to make you concentrate on keeping the face square and give you the confidence of watching balls go into the hole
