Poor posture leads to your body parts not being in the correct position to rotate around your spine. This leads to over-rotation, where your body rotates all at once instead of as correctly needed in the swing.
On the golf course we should only think about simple swing thoughts, prior to each round you may change them but stay away from complicated specific thoughts
When just off the green you can either putt through the fringe or chip using one of these two chipping techniques, don't just do one, try all three and use the one that you are most comfortable with
