This place bills itself as a family friendly place where everyone is welcome. That is absolutely false. I brought my son to Pine Valley today. It was his first time golfing. A staff member drove up to us when we had been on the course for just a few minutes. We were on the 1st hole. He said he didn't "know how this was going to work," stating that today was very busy (even though there was absolutely no one waiting behind us). He proceeded to ridicule my son and make rude mimicking gestures and said that the golf course would refund our money, essentially indicating that we should leave. Again, I reiterate that there was absolutely no one waiting behind us. DO NOT go to this golf course with anyone who is inexperienced in golf. They will not be welcome. I am completely offended, and my son is embarrassed. He refuses to have anything to do with golfing now. Thanks Pine Valley.
