I recently played here while visiting my son and I was very impressed. The other two reviews are 5 years old and apparently a lot has changed since they were written. The greens and tees were in "country club" condition and the fairway were really good too.The course is very playable, but my son and I noticed that all the trouble is on the left which makes it a challenge for the better player while not penalizing the high handicapper.
All in all I highly recommend Yahara Hills and will definitely play there again on my next visit to Madison.
