I played here on 6/27/14. The guy in the Pro Shop was happy to send me out at 5:45am even in the pouring rain. All the signage was good around the course. The front 9 felt crowded with other holes while the back 9 opened up more and played easier. There are lots of hazards on this course, it could use some GPS in the carts and some water coolers.
The greens were spotty and bumpy, the fairways were bumpy on some holes too. My favorite holes were 1, 13, 14, & 18.
From the highway the course looked pristine, in person it looked rough and beat up. Groundskeepers weren't friendly either. I probably wouldn't play it again if I had the chance.

Very nice public course, a little of everything, water, sand, elevation. Will play again if I'm back in the area.
