The 18-hole "Suffolk" course at the Suffolk Golf Course facility in Suffolk, Virginia features 6,475 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 70.3 and it has a slope rating of 121 on Bermuda grass. Designed by Dick Wilson/Russell F. Breedon, the Suffolk golf course opened in 1951. Eddie Luke, PGA manages the course as the General Manager.

We play at this course on a regular basis since its close to where we live in Suffolk and find this course to be the best bang for the buck in the area. Overall the course is in good condition and we have played there all year around. This course isn't the most challenging and yes it does lack some of the things you will see at the more expensive courses like a starter and what not. For the price i think everyone should give this course a shot. You'll enjoy it.
