Lakeview is a very nice course in an area where there aren't that many quality courses to be found. The maintainance was very good and the greens were fair and played fast. Although there weren't many eye popping unique holes the layout of the course is great nonetheless with many holes changing in elevation. Additionally, water comes into play on several holes making the whole course fun to play. It's challenging, mainly because of the length, but allows the opportunity for quality shots to be made. The scenery is great with a view of the mountains especially on the mountain 9. One would figure huh? (They have 4 nine holes) They also have logo balls for the collector like myself, another benefit. $20 to walk weekday twilight is an awesome deal for the quality of play. It's actually harder to walk the spring 9 than the mountain 9. It's only drawback is that this place does get crowded frequently with golf outings as well as the general public making for a slower pace and difficulty in finding a time to play that isn't as busy. I don't blame Lakeview for this as they are trying to turn a profit and since there aren't many courses around of this magnitude it's I guess to be expected. I'd definately reccommend this course, especially in the fall when there will be less people playing. Overall rating A-.

Lakeview itself is a wonderful place to play. Mountain course is a bit difficult, especially the first hole. If you enjoy hitting your ball up the mountain, you'll love this course, since most of it is going up hill! Just try to keep away from all the houses!! One comment - Lakeview, you guys should cut down on the amount of tournaments you have, so the rest of the public has a chance to play and your not closed!!!!
