The 18-hole "Crossings" course at the The Crossings Golf Club facility in Glen Allen, Virginia features 6,619 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 70.7 and it has a slope rating of 126 on Bermuda grass. Designed by Joseph L. Lee, the Crossings golf course opened in 1979. Henry D'Aguanno manages the course as the General Manager.

I am not sure why this course is getting so many low marks. While it may not be one of Virginia's best, it does provide a fairly good return on investment for a round. I found the layout to be fairly original and challenging for a weekend golfer such as myself. Most of the fairways were still very green and the putting surfaces were good considering the time of year. The staff was friendly and managed an unusually busy December weekday very well.

The last time I played there the green were GONE...They didn't say in a word in the Pro-shop..Really sad shape...beware...
