Although a very weel designed an challenging course, A little disappointed for a course that charges $110 dollar green fees. All the greens are covered in a fine sand, which wedge shots won't stick and cannot control putts. Other Richmond area courses punched out and put sand on the greens 2 months ago. Also, some sand bunkers had firm tan sand while bunkers adjacent were white sugar sand so soft you had a hard time walking through them.

Very Disappointed with this golf course. I had heard how great it was. I played it early in the season and wasn't impressed. I decided to give it another try. Ditto, not impressed. I have been playing golf for 25 years and have played hundreds of golf courses. This course was in poor shape and way over priced for the month of November. The course was in winter condition but the prices were mid-season. Try The Hollows or Hunting Hawk. They are in better shape and half the price!

If you are ever in Richmond and you are trying to play golf that is the place to go. They have all the state tournaments there so that should tell you something.
