Since the course has been taken over by new management, many things have improved such as the greens, fairways, bunkers, and roughs. It is well maintained and you can't beat the prices.
God Bless this little course. What a great layout and location on the banks of Lake Waco. How sad that the owners can't evidently afford to keep it up. The price is cheep, but the product is poor. Someone needs to buy this frog and turn it into a prince. It could be better than Ridgewood.
Played the course a couple of times in the summer and the course was in bad shape. Fairways were hard as a rock and several of the greens had dead patches. Played it again in the fall, the fairways were better but the greens had gotten worse. I hope they can get the course back in shape.
