To Whom it may concern,

I dont do this very often but could not let this go. A group of friends and I played at your course today and wanted to tell you how concerned I am with your course. I could not believe that we were not told about the condition that the greens were in today when we called to get a tee time. i understand the maintenance that must go on to run a golf course. But those greens were awful and i played many places this year and no one does what you have done to the greens in the middle of the season. Maybe thats why no one was there on a Saturday because they knew of the terrible shape of the course was. It is MTSU home course I would be embarrased to play golf for MTSU and that's what I had to practice on. There was nothing Championess about your course today. i hope something is done about this or I will not be back and send everyone to Indian Hills or Old Fort. They maintain there course as it should be.

Nice course. Friendly staff. Challenging lay out, but fun to play. And, it has the best practice facility in the area. The only complaint I have is it is very difficult to get on. Starting in early Spring, there are numerous outings during the week and on weekends. Then, during the twilight hours the course is consumed by the local secondary schools and college teams. This leaves little time for others to play the course.

By the way, the course's website is now located at www.Championsrun.biz

Classic links course, Staff extremely friendly, difficult for the average 20 hcp player, could use more boundry markers and course layout cards, bunch of local knowledge needed. Greens are unique: some small some large, Nice overseeding on the fairways, it was a pleasure to hit off grass. Will play again.

This usually isn't such a bad course but something happened recently and all their greens are dead. Not sure why, they warned me when I called to make a tee time and were discounting the course, but I figured I'd give it a go anyway. The greens are so bad that the course shouldn't even be played at this point. The course actually has a very nice layout, although the ball needs to be hit straight or you will lose a lot of balls. Until their greens are fixed I won't be going back.

The greens are dead. Dont waste your time driving there. Trust me. Im sure this review wont get posted.

I was rather dissapointed! Everything was FLAT and easy to play. I got lost driving to the course because it was out in the country. Staff was friendly. Pace of play was 6 hours for 18 holes!!! Long wait. They need to be careful of fasified claim of being PGA Professionals, which I know they are not.

Great Course

Challenging, well kept, and fun to play. This is the course I play most often. The PGA professionals are amazing and have helped me improve my game. It can be frustrating when the pins are set to some difficult locations.

Worth the Drive

One of the best values in Middle Tennessee. Great people that are glad you chose their course to play. Challenging but fun. Watch out for the tall grass in the rough.

Best golf for the money in Tennessee!

This course is basically a links style course requiring good straight tee shots and good distance judging. Hazards abound throughout the course but, are not overbearing. Lots of marsh-land with cat-tails, water, trees, sand, and at times narrow fairways. The course is perfectly manicured and offers very consistent play. Bent grass tee boxes are a nice bonus as well! Twilight golf is from 2pm til dark-thirty and is only $20.00 for all you can play with cart. WOW! Best $20.00 golf in TN. (I am back in 2007 and the course is again perfect. It is Still the finest $20.00 golf in TN)

Well done links style course

This is for all intents and purposes a links style course. Above average condition in the summer and considering the season is superb during the fall and winter. Great value for what you're getting.
