Pro shop staff great, starter's and other outside staff act like they hate there job. I ask a starter where the first tee was and the old fart said there was 3 first tee's and kept on driving. Greens are in bad shape not a $100.00 course

Played the course about a month ago. Fantastic shape. New greens are coming in and they are rolling great. Great new shaping of the bunkers. Can't wait to get back down there.

It was a fun time playing the mock up of some of the most famous courses in the world

Course is fantastic. I know the concept is based off of 27 holes from around the world. That said the holes only resemble them and are not exact replicas. The course stands alone on its own and doesn't necessarily need the "27 holes from around the world" gimmick any longer. The overall experience is great and would play it again.

1 word for World Tour: Novelty

Yeah, yeah, it's neat playing the holes but you have to remember that they are "based on" the real holes and in most cases don't really resemble much since you won't know all the real holes anyway. So here we go...

Good: Clubhouse is nice and the ambassadors (all old guys) are great. They actually had a beer cart girl under the age of 50 and the GPS in the carts is handy.

Bad: The condition of this course has literally sucked the few times I've played it (which was years apart). The fairways and tees are spotty at best, the greens are pretty good but the rest of the course is just not up to par.

Ugly: Green fees are ridiculous unless you get a bargain for $80ish. Normally they are like $115 which is more than the Barefoot courses, which is laughable.

Overall it is a straight up novelty course. If it was in great shape it's be a much better play but instead you're looking out at Amen Corner wondering why half the fairway is dead and the tee is slanted.
Also, they rule this course with an iron fist if it rains, etc. They force you in and keep you there even if it's sprinkling after a short period of time until given permission to play. Apparently the head guy has a power issue in that regard, who knows.

Must play

Play all three courses, they are fun. The personnel are the excellent and helpful. They make you feel at home.
