Played Highlands and Meadows. Service was average, especially for the price. I guess I am spoiled by great courses in the RTP, NC area, but this course is not very interesting or one that I would go back to. The claim that this is modeled on links courses is bunkum - so I was disappointed. It is just another typical Myrtle beach /US course. I liked the markers from 150 in every 25 yards, but lack of distance information on sprinkler heads elsewhere was not what I expected for what I paid.

Great layout. If you don't like the water, this is not the course for you. The course is very well maintained and markings to show you where the water is is marked very well. This along with Meadows and Woodlands make a very pleasant outing away from downtown Myrtle beach, but close enough to get to within 30 minutes. Great staff and great place to play golf.

The Highlands is a good 9 holes and would recomend to others. The other two 9's Meadows and Woodlands are better but all 3 are good.

In good condition, but not too much of interest

Real nice course not very far from the ocean

This course does not get as much attention as most down here near the coast, but it is quite a challenge. There is no way you can go here with the game plan of "I'm going to hit driver and short iron on the par 4's" b/c there are many hazards that run along one side of the fairway or the other, as well as a number of greenside hazards. You must have a good game plan on many holes. Course in good condition and GREATLY marked from 225 in. Each sprinkler-head gives measurements to front, middle, and back. My only complaint is that we made the turn at 6:15 pm and the snack bar / pro shop closed at 6:00 with about 30 people still on the course.
