The Club At Brookstone, Anderson, SC

I really enjoyed my experience at Brookstone Meadows. In total, I played 27 holes from the tips, and played the front nine twice. This course features some extreme elevation changes (especially on the cart paths!), but none were hokey par 3's - In fact, the par 3's typically played more than 200 yards, and with the wind can really challenge your club selection. As stated previously in other reviews, greens are typically small but fast and pretty well kept. Fairways are very fair and also in decent shape. The 8th hole is by far the crowning gem of the course, offering a very scenic overlook from the teebox. Additionally, the staff was very pleasant and eager to get me on the course as a single. In the end, it was a great experience and a course I look forward to playing again!
