Played this course yesterday and found it in great shape. However the $45 for seniors was a little high for the value of the layout.

I play 5 ponds prob 10 times a year, its always in great shape, and greens always run true. i think its some what pricey, but no different than any other course in the phila area. compare to any public course close in the area i would go there first

Had a great time, the course looked fabulous, even after all the rain.

Pleyed here on Sat 10APR2010 at 1:30. Very nice course, very well maintained. Mostly open on the front, tighter on the back. Some great "over-the-water" shots, like the approach on number 4, and the Par 3 17th(very nice hole). The greens are not very trick, but still provide some challenges. Mostly straight holes with a couple doglegs and semi-blind tee shot. Overall a very good layout. I found the staff to be very pleasant, and the bar/grille after 9 holes had a very good selection. Played the round in 4 hours, but i could definitely see this course playing 5+ hours in the summer. If you are thinking of playing here, try to get it in early in the season, or on a less-desirable day (rain/wind/chilly). Nice driving range, and putting green. Overall a very good value, and just a very nice golf course(but nothing amazing).

The course itself is in very good condition. One of the nicer public courses in Bucks County for under $75. That said, the experience as a whole is terrible. My threesome was stuck behind a fivesome (somehow a blind eye was turned) at the second hole. Not only did the group not let us play through, but the marshall ignored our complaints. After finally splitting the fivesome into two and three, we continued to wait 5-10 minutes on every hole. I saw a player drop six balls without regard to anyone else on the course. The marshall seemed too afraid to say anything. After finishing the front nine in 2 and a half hours, we finally ended the back nine at 3 hours. 5 and a half hours!!! I'd rather play someplace else where the management stricter and players are more respectful of others on the course. What a waste of a nice course.

The course, although fine, is jam packed everyday and at all hours leaving you with 5 plus hour rounds. They also have the distinction of having the most miserable staff in the Delaware Valley. I've had much nicer experiences and received better treatment at Phila. muni courses.

Well maintained course, but I have to agree, it took us over 5 hours to play 18 on a summer Friday afternoon.

Course gets a lot of play and rounds can get long, but this course is ALWAYS in excellent condition from tee to green

I liked the course, but it was very crowded at 4:00 on a Wednesday. The prices were not worth the crowds. It had some fantastic golf holes with great views, though, so if you can get lucky on a day when it isn't too crowded, then it is a good course to play.

Wow!!! Beautiful course. Very enjoyable design. Bring your B+ game. Forgiving fairways, large greens that roll true, and decent scenery. Worth every penny.

A good course that is a good value. I like to walk this course when I play because this slows you down and you have less time waiting for each tee shot.

Excellent municipal course and a very good value. As others posted, it takes a LONG time to get through a round, but there are worse things in life than enjoying a summer day outdoors.

Highly recommended and enjoyable!

Happy Golfing!
