I try if at all possible not to trash a course...and the back nine of this course was scenic and enjoyable. But... When I arrived, I did not wear the proper attire which was not a big deal...I had a golf attire along. Then I tried to use my tee-time golf pass book which I was questioned about twice. Just honor your **** coupons!!! I was reminded that this is a "semi-private" course and then was scolded for not arranging a tee time though I just came here on the spur of the moment. My round was screwed before I ever left the clubhouse. I was never treated like this anywhere else. Greens are glass...no hold...hit in front on the fly...still over. Front nine boring...ugly set-up. Hit a drive on 10...watched a perfect placed tee-shot hit the very middle of the fairway and one bounce later...was in the right rough and rolled into trees...another golfer says "that happens all the time"...not in my book it doesn't...not in April. The next 7 holes salvaged a miserable time. No return trip planned for me!
