Course Reviews

I am kind of torn about this course. You can tell this course was remodeled from another course. Holes 8, 10, 11 and 12 have these tiny circular greens left over from a previous golf course life. But there are some nice holes mixed in like 15 and 16 as well.

The course is in a semi-drought state and they haven't been watering the greens so balls are running through. Greens also may be the slowest of the local courses. Otherwise it is a similar level as Fairview and Royal Oaks for golf quality. Iron Valley and the Lebanon CC are the jewels of the county as far as places to play.

Over all I enjoyed the course and plan to play it again.

Nice range and bar/grill. Course leaves something to be desired. Target golf with some holes bordering on hokey. I will not return to play again.

ive played this course a few times and today was by far the best condition ive ever seen it in. the greens rolled smooth and the pace of the greens were consistent throughout the course. this course may not be for the high handicaper as their maybe alot of weeds and wasteland that come into play. overall it was a very fun and enjoyable round. but dont forget to bring your thinking cap because club selection is a key.

Pine Meadows, which is located near Lebanon, is a “thinkers” course, with some
very short but challenging holes. I found this “strategic” course to be highly enjoyable
since it is not a “grip it and rip it” course. You will use every club in your bag. There is a
lot of “weedy” vegetation to complicate shots, so if you don’t bring your A game, you will
loose balls. Several doglegs will challenge first time visitors. The Par 4 16th is one of the
hardest tee shots anywhere with a very thin fairway hugged by towering tress for almost
200 yards, plus a large tree in the middle of the fairway...very little room for error. If you
want an easy score, or want to whack the crud out of the ball, you might want to head
somewhere else. If you enjoy an intellectual game of golf, this was pure fun!

Decent course, but not all it's cracked up to be...

Pine Meadows used to be a fairly uninspiring 9 hole course that was recently expanded to 18 holes with more facilities (i.e. driving range and new clubhouse) added. Some of the current holes are simply just rehashed versions of the original 9-hole layout but there are also a lot of new holes built on the expanded part of the course.

Course conditions are generally decent although not always quite up to the levels set by some other public courses in the region.

Overall, Pine Meadows is a decent course and worth a visit... although it's not quite up to the level of "one of the best public courses you will find anywhere" as boasted on their website!

Pine Meadows

loved the hole where you had to drive it between the trees. great variety in the holes. lost a lot of balls in the wetland though.

How about getting some water on the course...?

This was by far the worst playing conditions I've ever played in... all the greens had been aerated, most of the other grass was totally burnt as well... fairways were not in too bad of shape though...

$25 for a twilight fee in these conditions is a joke... I won't play this course anymore this year...

Oh, and the ranger was a bit ignorant as well, as he saw us parked in the rough as opposed to the cart path...
