Played this course about five years ago and hated the place. The rough was a foot high. That rough is gone now. The course is well kept. Good value for the money.

Beautiful view of the Laurel Mountains. Course was relatively well kept (a few areas need improvement). Will definitely play this course again.

Not an overly challenging course but very well maintained. It is a little on the expensive side for what you are paying for. It is one of my favorite courses in the area.

Overall...an enjoyable experience...not an overly long course and if keeping the ball straight, not an overly challenging course. I found the fairways plush (almost over-watered) and greens fair with some undulation. Hole 11 rather soggy. A fair test for the mid-stream golfer (85-95).

Really neat links style course. Different from the cookie cutter western PA tree lined courses. Greens are bumpy...putting very unpredictable, but they are very ondulated. If the wind stays down and you make some putts, you will score well. Leave the driver in the bag on most holes. Chipping and putting is very challenging with all the slope. Great people and staff. Nice place.

Just an okay golf course. Conditions the day I played were not good. Greens were very bumpy, discolored, alot of poa mixed in with bent- which is bad when you dont mow the greens, very bumpy. Just an okay course, and for the price, they crazy for charging that.

The course is very short and not overly challenging. Overall not a bad value and much better than most of the local parallel fairway courses which are common to the area in the public domain. The greens however are in bad shape and are like putting on green florist foam, there is an infestation of poa annua and the grasses are growing at different rates, making putting unpredictable. There also was a lot of garbabe strewn across the course. The staff here is great and this is usually a prety nice course, I hope this was just an anomaly and things get better.

golfed there today for the first time. It is a realy nice course. After reading some other reviews I expected the rough to be a lot deeper then it is. Today about 2 inches most places others up to 3 inches.

Realy nice layout didnt like how close OB is on 11 Hole its lined with private yards. #2 is a tough par 3; 215Yd from the whites, 245Yd from the blues with water right in front of the green. Par 5 18th is a great finishing hole. Ill be going back some time Its to far to be a regular course Iam about an hour away.

We played on a coupon which makes the course a great value. Course is a mixture of challenging holes, a few blind shots and some heavy rough. I liked the course although it is a little pricey without the coupon but it is worth playing. The grounds, facilites and clubhouse areas are very nice and the course itself is worth taking the drive to play.

I have played this course since it opened in 1999. Western PA Links style courses are not common but Glengarry does a wonderful job. It's heavy rough, which has taken criticism in previous reviews, really adds depth (and even more difficulty)to this course. Its par 3's are challenging but the par 5's could be a little longer. I have played links style courses over much of the east coast and I have to say Glengarry does a very good job for a course entering its ninth year. The club house does need some menu work but it is a nice place to enjoy a beer and someday a meal. Just remember thick rough makes a great links style course.

This course is fantastic. It has well-manicured greens, lush fairaways and fantastic views. Difficult to walk, but a very playable course overall. This a challenging course, but definitely worth your time.

Links style

A links style course wide open 50 yard wide fairways, very few trees, alot of water but most of it is only in play if you miss hit badly, difficult if you have trouble with uphill/downhill lies, wonderfull proshop, dining area a little rustic for my taste.
