8/2013 update - fairways and tees are in the worst shape of any course I have ever played. Down to bare ground on the majority of the fairways and tees. Really a shame. Greens were mostly ok but slow.

A fun, sporty course. Many of the driving areas look tight from the tee. On the front, balls hit into the trees will probably be lost, on the back you should be able to find them. Not busy for a mid Saturday tee time. I gave it high marks for value because children 12 and under play free. Do not try to walk unless you are in good shape or it is cool.

Course was played early in the season and it was in horrible shape. The tee boxes were full of dead spots and holes, fairways had alot of bare patches and clumps of grass from poor mowing, and the greens were in serious need of rolling. We were overcharged for our rounds and the gentleman at the pro shop was very rude. There was a guy that took our carts after our round and he was very courteous and helpful. The overall facility was dated and is in much need of updating. I will not play this course again and do not recommend it for the price.

prettiest course around, and very challenging. beautiful scenery, such as perennials, difference species of trees and shrubs throughout the course, plenty of hills, quite impossible to walk, woods around each hole leave a narrow error margin. course could use better markings for some of the holes, at least 2 holes have a fork and you must guess.
clubhouse was topnotch, course was in excellent condition. a hole on the back had a concrete base to part of its upper left greenside bunker. this needs remedied. I almost ruined a sand wedge there.
great course for shot-shaping and control, driver is not always a good choice off the tee. ball position is more pertinent. spray hitters should avoid this course, or bring a ball for each hole. greens were fairly level, and held approach shots.
a great playing value for the cost.

This was by far the most beautiful course I've ever played on. The leaves were in their peak colors this week and I was just in awe whenever I looked around, which was at least twice on every hole. The course is super tight with lots of tall mature trees. Felt like I was back at Bethpage only I think Felicita might be tighter... I could not recommend a course higher. They say they modeled themselves after Augusta and its obvious to me!

Felicita is well worth the 2 hour drive in spring to play. Very scenic in any time of the year, but especially beautiful in mid-April when the weeping willows and weeping cherries are blooming. One of the prettiest courses anywhere in the area! The golfing is just as magnifigant, challenging but fair. Beauty starts on the first tee and continues through the Par 3 third hole. Closest course to reminding the golfer of Augusta with all the floral settings. The Par 5 15th hole is photogenic from tee to green. Don't tee off with a driver on this hole...the downhill fairway leads directly into water. A well placed tee shot will allow a long but reachable second shot into the green. Flowering trees everywhere will lead your eyes astray. Having rated about 100 courses on Golflink, this is one of the best!

Not an incredibly long course, but very, very tight. Pristine gardens and tight woods surround every hole so using a driver is almost an impossibility. This course is a true test of irons ability. If you're looking for a course with great scenery, this is it.
