This is the type of course that tries to make up for a severe lack of distance with overly sloped greens. Plenty of 90 degree doglegs at weird distances from the tee box and trees blocking approach from the tee or to the green. Plenty of holes where O/B is in play. However, they keep the course in pretty good condition and the greens seem to be kept at least a medium speed. Price is nice and worth a few rounds a year if you are within a 30 minute drive or so.

It's a nice course with some challenging holes. Usually maintained well, the layout is reasonably interesting. The 15th hole doesn't fit the rest of the course - it's a minuscule par 3 that seems like an afterthought and since flooding last year, with the subsequent closure of a bridge, reaching the hole necessitates a ridiculous detour. But there are some very enjoyable holes, it's a pretty area, the restaurant/bar is actually very nice. For the price, it's an excellent value round.

This course is a hidden gem. For the $20 to walk on a weekday, for the condition it is in is second to none. Many of the holes are unique and the scenery is spectacular, not to mention it's in the middle of nowhere so it's nice and quiet. It's a challenging course and the greens seemed pretty fair to me. They have logo balls, another plus. I really write fair reviews, some good, some not so good, but I can't find one thing wrong to say about this course. Overall rating an A.

Nice course, staff friendly. This is a great place for high cappers. The fairways and rough almost blend together, to me that is no big deal but to some they may not like it. Almost all the par 4's are blind tee shots, the only par 4's that are not are 17 and 18. Nice scenery, very quiet. Really hard to lose a ball on this course pretty wide open, even in the trees. Don't have to worry about stray shots coming into your fairway, nice layout. The only negative I can say about this place is the greens don't seem to run true. I like to think I'm an above average putter for a high capper ( normally between 2.1 and 2.5 putts per hole) I couldn't get a putt to hold it's line. maybe my stroke was just off, I don't know. But, it was weird. Overall would play this course again, but wouldn't go out of my way to do it, just because of the greens.

An amazing course if you are riding. Walking is not fun do to tons of up and downs around hills on the front nine. View is really cool once you get up the hill on some of the front nine holes. Very well kept with great rates

Very well maintained. The greens were in great shape but a little on the slow side. Great dining facilities.

There are far to many blind shots on this course, but the scenery is second to none

A well hidden secret

A beautifully laid out golf course. The crews here really keep this course in tip-top shape. The difficulty of the course includes some severe doglegs, long par 5's,some blind shots, as well as some tough par 3's of varying distances. All in all a very pleasureable experience and an absolute bargain. After your round you may want to have a bite to eat at the Wetlands. The food is very good. Enjoy your round.
