Almost all of the preceding comments are on the mark. Everyone will not like this course because it is old school and affords a whole lot of blind shots. Perhaps the toughest task on this course is picking where to place your shots so the first time you play it you will wish you could retee for a different line. #14 is so blind you have no idea where to aim so just aim at the lowest spot at the top of the hill just in front of you. Maybe you will get lucky and find the fairway. It might take 10-12 rounds just to pick the optimum line for that shot. Lots of ups and downs, great scenery, some maintenance shortcomings, a good but not great buy at normal prices but the Tee-time book will salve your wounds. It is a good test on an old school layout. Could be improved but there is not much to be done about the contour changes. Don't be afraid to go up a club....length is only modestly beneficial on this course.
