The 18-hole "Cherry Wood" course at the Cherry Wood Golf Course facility in Apollo, Pennsylvania features 6,500 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 70. Designed by John Chernega, the Cherry Wood golf course opened in 2000.
golf carts very poor shape. Club house sub par. Cups are worn so bad that the flag pole rests on the side of the hole damaging the green. Fairways very uneven. Greens overall were not to bad with exception of the cups. Fairway grass very long and in poor shape. First cuts were way to long. The course could be very nice if the $ and maintenance were devoted to it. Our group would never play the course again in its current condition.
