I played the course in late summer after afew days of rain. Yes there where some wet areas. That should take care of the cons. The course offered all the difficulty we needed. The rough was just long enough to make it annoying without over taking the fun of playing. The greens had great speed and accepted shots. Just enough sand to give you something to think about. I have played other CC's in the area and the are either juiced up or over rated. I can only hope I will get a chance to play here again.
