Change of ownership through bankruptcy a couple years ago. Course is wide open with protected par 3s and some strategic water placement on some holes. A confidence boost and fun to grip and rip. Greens hold the ball and provide enjoyable challenge. Fairways are just grass and the summer drought 2012 did not help, but still payable but not country club bend grass. Cost was ok, but more than expected, but getting the course back in shape is not free, happy to pay to pay my childhood course. Owners seem nice and dedicated to making it work. Very clear distance markers are a nice for beginners.
