I hadn't played this golf course in years and was invited by a friend to try it again. He said things were much better than they used to be and he was right. The greens are perfect. The superintendent has done a great job perfecting them. The removal of trees make this course more playable. The fairways were dry but I understand there is no sprinkler system to keep them watered in the summer. It has definitely improved and I would encourage anyone to give it another try.
The one downside is the rude manager (female) she acted as though we were bothering her by being there. She turned players away as we were walking out of the clubhouse saying it was too late to start and it was only 5:00. She must have had better things to do.
All in all though like I said I would recommend the course.

I've played this course about 5 times this summer with at least a few weeks between each time. I had a horrible experience each time but really was hoping to give it a chance since it is only a couple miles from my home.
First, the fairways are horrible. I have played about 15 courses in the Cincinnati area, including municipals, and this is by far the worst. What is left of the bunkers (as many are no just holes with grass in them) is about 1/4 inch of thick sand with dirt underneath. Grounds crew seems to always be messing around no matter what time you go and they dont seem to mind you as you try to play around them. Then, the driving range is by far the worst I have seen. Horrible balls added to horrible hitting areas, both grass and mats.
I could go on and on about this place. It is just horrible and while it sounds like a good idea at first because of the price, I suggest you stay away. It is an insult to anyone that really enjoys golf that this place is still able to operate.

Years and years ago this used to be a great course. That was before a real estate developer bought the course. Now, this place is a dump. The driving range is the worst I have seen. They have cut down tons of trees and filled in bunkers. The fairways by June are burned and torn beyond repair. The woman that runs the place day to day is one of the most rude golf course workers I have ever run across. This course will cut off carts at 5:00 or 5:30 pm on a summer day when it doesnt get dark until 9:00 or 9:30 pm. I would not recommend this course to anyone. Take a look at the clubhouse and cart barns as you pull in and quickly turn around before you are on here also speaking of your bad experiences with this dump. Golfer beware.

You get what you pay for! I am not at all impressed with the course. However, I am pretty sure that my poor review cooresponds to my impression of the staff. The manager (female) is rude. I also heard stories about wild packs of teens that terrorize the course and then I experienced it myself. A foursome (male teens) drove the green from the ladies tees when I was on the 18th green. I started playing there on a pretty regular basis for about the last 2 months and the number of negative experiences started piling up. Enough is enough! I am not going back and I would suggest that if you are considering playing this course, that you don't make the same mistake I did - don't go there at all.
