A perfect mix of scoreable and challenging holes. Overall an interesting course w/ a mix of water, sand, doglegs and trees. In very good shape when I was there July 4th weekend. Greens rolled true. Recommended.

I agree, this course is in great shape. Unfortunately, it is ran poorly. Half the range balls you get are sliced open or 20 years old. By far the biggest problem is the course "rangers" or starters. These guys sit together at the start smoking their pipes while some holes are backed up three groups deep. If you do not mind playing a 5 hour round while the rangers sit on their bums, this is a great course.

This is by far the nicest course in the region. I've played many and this course has it all. Fantastic layout with each hole secluded from the next. The amenities and service are excellent and the staff is professional and courteous. Highly recommend it.

Course is consistently in great shape. Never had any problems with the pace. Twilight rate is a good deal although it becomes difficult to get through 16-18 unless you are able to start close to 4. Definitely one of the better courses in the area being that I drive an hour + to play a few times a summer.

The management team here is very pro-active. They are a pleasure to work with when organizing outings. The course is always in good shape come mid May through September. I would agree with the others in saying this is the best course and value in the Middletown/Newburgh area.

I have played this course many times. This course has never let me down. This is,hands down, the best course in the area.

DO NOT WATE MONEY! The Staff here is AWFUL! The starter treated us like junk. The course is not even that nice. Do not waste your time and money and never trust the staff. VERY MISLEADING GOLF COURSE!

Very nice course with varied challenges. Can be busy at times bit good value for your dollar.
