Great course. Big greens and fairways are like rolled out carpet. One of the best courses in Broome County probably only behind En-Joie. golf carts have GPS wich is nice and the course is challenging but scorable. Gets alittle pricey, but off season rates are very doable.

First class course. Fairways and greens were in great shape. Course is very hilly with beautiful views. Water comes into play on many holes, including the par 3, 10th hole to an island green. This was course number 3 of a three day weekend trip to upstate NY with my wife (others we played were Cobleskill and Traditions on the Glen) - we both gave this course two thumbs up. Keep the ball in the fairways -- they are like carpets -- you can take a nap on them while you wait for the group in front of you to get off the green! This is a highly recommended course. $50 gets you a weekend round with a cart with GPS. Well worth the price.

I may be new to Upstate NY golf, but if this is representative of courses up in the area, I am flat out impressed. This is a public track! Not a resort course where you pay $100+ per round. I played at 10:00 AM on Sat. May 14th, 2011 and paid $50 including the cart. Course was in terriffic shape. Very scenic. Best golf carts ever...GPS with flyover of each hole when you drive to the tee and narative on suggested best way to play the hole. Greens could have been a little faster, but they ran pretty true. I played the back tees...nice challenge but won't be a killer course for a real low handicapper (I'm a 9 hdcp). Thoroughly enjoyed playing here...I'll go back for sure!

This is without a doubt one of the top three golf courses I have played, and I have played many all over the east coast. The course has immaculate conditions! The fairways were perfect and I do mean perfect. I may have seen three brown spots from divots. The greens were as good as they can get. They hold beautifully and putt at a nice speed. when you walk on them they feel soft and spongy but there are no foot prints. Tees are excellent, tees go in the ground easily and they kind of stick there in the rich soil. The soil feels like peat especially when you fix a ball mark which always seems to fix perfectly. I really did not see many ball marks on the greens. The layout was fab going up and down hills and around corners. The fee was rediculously low for what you got when you play this course. The scenery is also top of the line. I will go back even though I live 6 hours away.
