The 9-hole "Mosholu" course at the Mosholu Golf Course facility in Bronx, New York features 2,312 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 32. Mosholu golf course opened in 1925. David Holzer manages the course as the General Manager.
Very nice
The course was in much better shape than I anticipated, but the greens were pretty beat up from all the ball marks that were not fixed by previous golfers. Some of the tee boxes were made out of driving range mats, but for $19 you can’t really complain about that. It's definitely a good value for a quick 9 holes after work, but if the 4 train is not cooperating it can be a major hassle to get there from Manhattan.
This short course is the best value cost wise that I have found in NYC.
