Los Prados Golf Course, Las Vegas, NV

I can type this review for myself as well as repeat what my guests here at Los PRADOS have commented so far in the last six rounds of 18 holes. Wow, this course is a hidden gem. From entering the facility you are greeted at your car with a golf cart and a wonderful conversation. We have been completely impressed with the club house and how we just drop off our score card and Barb or Jerry locates our Handicap Index and records our scores. The merchandise for sale is up to date and my guests have purchased golf balls, tees, hats, shirts, shorts, ball markers and even shoes so far. This sets the tone for a wonderful start each time we show up for another perfect day in Las Vegas for golf. Not to mention the club house with big screen TV's with a nice bar, a separate restaurant a huge banquet room for parties and weddings, etc. Halloween party was awesome. Met one of the nicest barmaids on the planet. Her name is Deb and she posed for a few photos that evening with me and once the bar closed she invited me and my best friend out by the swimming pool for social hour. Wow, such incredible friendships we have established. As a true high point, I completed a milestone last weekend with my fourth ;Hole in One on a Par 3, 180 yards hole witnessed by Andy Kalz who drove from Arizona to be introduced to this prestigious community. Los PRADOS Country Club has everything this Senior PGA Champions Tour professional requires.

This course plays short. Must be accurate with your driver or windows will be broken. Most of the day I was hitting a wedge into the green. For the value of a Vegas Course it was really well maintained and $44 dollars for 18 holes in Vegas is a really good deal. Great for a cheaper afternoon of golf.
