Course appears to be in better shape than previously stated in the reviews. Very challenging course, lots of scenery and water. Views on some holes are breath-taking and deceptive when teeing off. Lots of canyons, so bring lots of golf balls. Very minimal maintenance needed, grass is green, fairways cut perfectly as well as greens. Electric carts in decent shape, but could be better (should be sand in divot bottles, not dirt), driving range is subpar, the cart paths are paved cement which are really nice, lots of water on course (don't bother bringing ball retriever). Tee boxes could use some TLC on certain holes, I want to hit off grass, not moss. Club house/Pro shop is combined and small, and has mediocre selection of pro shop gear. Small parking area too. Price could be a little cheaper, but find a deal online. You cannot walk this course, distance between holes is quite far to walk. Overall, I would recommend this course to others, very fun to play.
