Heritage Links Golf Club, Ocean View, NJ

The staff works hard to keep this course in good shape. We have played here every Thursday for the last two years. Greens are very challenging, which adds a nice challenge to a relatively short course. It’s a very good value, especially if you purchase the ten play card.

Last three trips to Heritage Links were awful. 1 was a scramble so slow we left after 9 due to no ranger, three hour side. 2) had two fivesomes out at 9am on a sat. 3) two fivesomes again on a sat and we had to call the clubhouse after four holes to have them come out and breakup a group of 6. Management has it on auto pilot and i won't be back.

Great short course to hit on the way to/from the shore. I'm a beginner, but went with a couple people of varying skill, and we all enjoyed ourselves while playing the 9 holes twice. Course conditions were good, and everything appears to be kept-up very well. The staff were also very nice and accommodating. I look forward to making Heritage a regular stop in the future.
