Ocean City Muni Golf Course, Ocean City, NJ

I am not a picky golfer. I like to play new places. Sorry I played this dog track. First off, the pro shop is manned by people who didn't want to be there. Second, the course was in bad shape. Third, I wanted my son to walk with me (he's six) and even though there weren't 3 others on the course he wasn't allowed. The trifecta of bad service, planning and outright awfulness. I will be back soon. Not.

This is basically a chip and putt course and not really taken care of. Fairways, you will not see and be prepared to tee off from the dirt. It's great for a beginner or maybe a date since it's short and only 12 holes. Finally, don't talk to the staff because they are the most rude people I have come across and I play a lot. The only reason I went here to begin with is b/c my girlfriend is new to golf, but after our experience, I won't be back. My suggestion, find another chip and putt. There are some within a half hour if you look.
