12 handicap, playing golf for 47 yrs- Front nine is horrible, wide open with balls coming at you from all directions. very poor greens , back nine is worth playing but with many steep elevation changes. A Cart is highly recommended. I recommend playing the back nine twice if you want to play 18 holes although greens are very bumpy. slow play is common. practice range for short irons only
