Played 18Apr15. Course haas gone downhill since I posted last year. Fairways and tee boxes are all beat down, greens had been aerated over three weeks ago were bumpy resulting in skewed putts. Threesome in front had a little boy, about 3/4 years old. The was running in and out of sand traps, running all over the course, especially the greens, after parents and I assume grandmother putted out they let him putt out, while we waited to hit our approach shots, instead of clearing the greens. Repeated calls for a marshal was to no avail. Ranger just repeated the same old mantra of the course being full. management should have told the parents to keep the child in the cart. Between this irritation and Management's failure to resolve and deplorable course conditions I will not waste my money on this course again.

This is a good course. Well maintained, especially when comparing it to the surrounding courses. Greens are soft and true and the players replace their divits. Nice Practice green and chipping green. Would like to see a larger bucket of range balls available. Price is a little high, but it is the best value in the area in terms of Maitiance.

pretty nice course definetely a little pricey. on the number 17 tee box, if you go back and look, you can see maple leaf's number 17 tee box. not the best golf course for 30 dollars, but a good one to walk 9 and practice on the range.

A fun course for all skill levels. Course is very wide open, some holes straight forward, and some nice dogleg holes as well. Course is usually in good shape. Nice, helpful staff, and a good grill for the turn. Several demanding tee shots on the par-4s. This course, although a little crowded, is a good value.

First off the most positive aspect of all, free practice facilities, except the driving range of course. Very nice practice greens complete with bunkers. You can practice your wedges, sand, chipping, and putting all day long for free. I spend lots of afternoons here. Because of the free practice areas, I rated this a 5 on value.

The course, is decent but as stated can get crowded in the mornings. I never attempt to play until after 1 or 2pm. Most people dont let you play thru, but some will. Greens are usually in very good shape.

I played this course today for the first time in ten years or so. It was cold and winds gusting at 30+ MPH I usually hang aroung low seventies but given theconditions I was happy with the 77 I shot from the tips. My complaint is that it cost 30 bucks. I teed off at twelve and after 1 i think it is 20 bucks/all you can play. The round took over four hours. Lots of seniors and women and only two groups waved me through. I NEVER saw a marshall on the course. Fairways were dead as expected but greens were true and very fast. Kudos to the grill for dog, chips and soda for 3.75. Nice lady in pro shop. All in all a good day, little pricey given the options in the area.

Don't understand other comments- this is a great value and a well maintained course. Throughly enjoyed playing- no waiting- greens in excellent condition. Fantastic value and consistently kept up. If you want a great restuarant, join a private club- if you want to play a challenging game on a beautiful course- play this one.

To much money!

The course was easy and over priced, On a scale of 1 to 10 it would get a 6 and no higher. I mean if I am going to pay that dollar amount i should just go to Bryan Park or james town at leat I will get a challange. I shot a 77 and yes I counted every stroke but my Handicap is a 12 so that should tell you something.

Nice....if you don't mind the crowds

This is a decent enough course that I've played twice now. But for the life of me I can't see what there is that attracts the crowds like this course does. Both times I've played it, and once was on a cold winter morning, there have been carts lined up waiting to tee off. If I could play the course without feeling pressured the whole time, it might be enjoyable. It's a nice enough course, but there are too many other nice courses nearby that don't require waiting in line......
