This is one of the only nice courses open to the public in the high country. The temperature rarely reaches above 85 degrees even during July and August. The front 9 is straight forward with little elevation change. The back 9 becomes more hilly but not extreme, like some of the courses that double as ski slopes. The course has been beautifully maintained but now shows some wear on the cart paths. There is a small grill in the Clubhouse and well appointed pro shop. The ladies locker room/washroom has been recently redecorated. We've played here for many years, the course is very enjoyable, the mountain views breathtaking and you can't beat the price.

The golf course was fun to play and was fairly well maintained, but the golf experience was unsatisfactory. We started our round 40 minutes after our tee time because the course had been oversold, thus, necessitating our finishing our round in less that 4 hours (due to a special event starting at 4:30 PM). We stopped at the turn to go to the bathroom and were told that we had only an hour and a half to finish the back nine. When I said that it wasn't our fault that there was a 40 minute delay in starting our round, I was told "maybe I ought to find another place to play" which is exactly what I intend to do. We finished 16 holes. There was no drinking water that we could find in the back nine and no beverage cart. If you're desperate to play, and you don't mind being treated rudely, this is the course for you.

Fun Golf

Leave the driver in the bag or play full tilt. It can make a difference in how you score. Maintained beautifully, hospitality unequalled, a fun round awaits you.

Good Course

This golf course played very fair from the tees offering a good opportunity to work the ball into the fairways. Greens were well guarded by sand. Putts were very quick. Big greens were easy to hit, but getting that first putt close the the hole was hard.
