Challanging and fun! Course was in good shape today and a pretty good value @ $29. I thought the fairways were open and accessible. Good luck getting a flat lie though. Most holes play significantly up-hill or down-hill and a lot of approach shots have the ball above or below your feet. Playing the course for the first time, I found the greens quick and difficult. Overall, I enjoyed my round though and will definitely be back to play again!

We just played this course because we heard about a weekday deal they were doing .. We got there early and the Pro seemed upset that we were 1/2 hour early for our tee time .. no big deal ..starter was also rude ( didn`t want to give us a key for cart ) ..As for the course the fairways and tee boxes were in very good condition ..The greens were spotty and very inconsistent ..The sand traps were UNPLAYABLE .The sand was packed hard and full of ruts..This course has the potential to be a 4 STAR course , but the owners need to fix sand traps and attitudes of staff ..right now its not worth the trouble or money

Rock Barn had something going on...so we ended up here..and I have to say I was happy that Rock Barn was busy. WHat a great course! As others say...you need to be on your game to score well here. THis is the kind of course I like...if you hit your shots well..you will score well. You can be a little off and be ok...but too far off and you're looking at triple digits for a score! I was amazed at the number of uphill holes..which required you to easily club up. THe landing areas for trhe drives were generous for most holes...the approach shot required finesse in most instances. I'm not a great iron player...so while my drive was almost always in play..I struggled with the approach shots. THe views were amazing and another week later the foliage would have been better. THe club sandwiich after the round was just perfect. Again...my rule for a course is whether or not I would play it again...and this one is a must!

I love this course because it's in my backyard! I wish every golf course's greens where as fast as Silver Creeks! Difficult course, but very enjoyable. Friendly Staff!

Overall a great track, it can be tough but it is a fair course. Good mixture of long/short holes. It will be somewhat pricey on the weekends in peak season.

Great greens

The yardage here is meaningless. It's the slope you need to pay attention to. 144 from the tips and only 6,708 yards. Most people would say that that is no big deal, until they tee it up here. This is a challenging course that demands precise shotmaking. Most greens are tiered, so your approach is often adding an extra club, and a prayer. Most greens are undulating, and are in great shape. Your putt will roll true here. They've got #16 as the hardest hole on the course. I guess because even if you smack your drive you will probably be left with a 3 wood to the green straight up the hill. This green is nearly impossible to reach unless you really crank your drive. It's a heckuva value, as it's under $50 anytime, but call in advance to schedule a tee time, as it's usually busy. They pack 'em in, so be prepared to wait on every shot. It's worth the money, but I just hate waiting on every shot. Could never develop any sort of tempo or rythym to my game. You definitely need that here to score well.
