Really a great course, yes, it is in a subdivision but that's the norm for here in NC it seems, greens extremely fast, tight fairways, sand traps, and unlike the previous reviewer I found there to be quite a bit of water (12 of 18 holes). Staff very nice and friendly. Played Magnolia and Camellia and found both to be challenging and would definitely play there again.
The course is located in a large residential subdivision. The parking lot was almost full when I arrived in the afternoon due to allot of retirees playing. I played the Magnolia and the Camellia courses and it took a long time to play. The course was in excellent shape and there are 6 pin locations. The greens ran smooth and true. Most of the holes were isolated from each other. My only complaint is about the design of the course. There were allot of sand traps and pine trees, but not much water or any other natural beauty. I found the design to be boring and unimaginative.
